| * These services are a one time computer fix,
excluding PC Check-Up. PC Check-up is a two (2) times for one
(1) year in which we schedule an appointment for the customer
within six (6) months (unless the customer calls to schedule an
appointment earlier) after the first appointment. Each computer fix takes from 45 minutes to
up to one and a half hour. If we cannot connect to your computer
in 15 minutes, the customer will be refunded. Please read
